The 35th annual JKG knife show will be held！
On Oct. 18th and 19th, 2014, The JKG knife show, which is Japan’s premier custom knife show will be held in Ginza, Tokyo.
What is JKG Knife show?
JKG knife show, as it is called, is a knife show held by Japan Knife Guild (JKG) which was founded by R. W. Loveless. It is the high level knife exhibition in which JKG-certified knife makers can exhibit their products.
There will be 50 custom knife makers exhibiting, and high quality custom knives will be exhibited and sold. Not only Loveless knives, but pieces that were created using Japan’s premier design and techniques, and also custom knives created by Swordsmiths. Every year, not just all of Japan but, overseas collectors and dealers come over, and the venue is fun to be in.

Ginza, where the event takes place is world-famous, is accessible by public transportation, and the Shuttle bus operates from Narita airport to Ginza station. Also, it is only five minutes away from Tokyo by train. It is close to Tokyo, so even if you use taxi, the cost will not exceed 1000 yen.
